I also received a message last week saying my order would be delivered today (it wasn't), even though a CS agent said it would definitely be delivered today after speaking to them yesterday. I called through again today, and they advised me that they were due to be picked up my the couriers, but they were unable to because of the Bank Holiday weekend (Not that this had been scheduled on calendars for possibly decades before-hand or anything).
They told me that the orders would definitely be delievered on the 20th for those that pre-ordered, but I'm not going to hold my breath or anything, O2 have a bit of a history when it comes to over-promising and underfulfilling.

I preordered a S8+ on the 6th April and have a UKmail consignment number, but it isnt active yet and comes up with no parcel found. Will be dispatched tomorrow I guess.

I'd say all the s8 phones would be under lock and key until today.
What I don't get it the lack of support from o2. No update..? I mean a official update letting us know what would happen. Clearly peeps are eager to get there hands on this. Me included.

I have had zero comms from O2 regarding my order other than it showing in myo2, hence me praying it arrives tomorrow!😁
