@rylo64 Maybe the phone is faulty or the memory cards you are using are corrupted or not the right format. Contact customer service for a repair

What exactly is the problem with the cards?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

What error message are you getting, if any. Or are you having problems saving to the memory card?

The J3 2016 will accept cards up to 128GB in size, if you insert one any larger it'll probably not be able to read it because it cannot address the full memory area.
