@Barbarita

You have not made it clear what you have done or why you are having problems so it is difficult to advise you. However, I suggest that you Google for :-

Turn on data on S24

You will get quite a number of good written instructions, including from Samsung itself, and also a number of YouTube videos if you like being shown rather than reading guidance.

If you need more help, please revert to us ; but more of a description of the problem that you are encountering would be useful. 👍

Some things to try:

Check data  is on in phone settings.

Manually search for O2 network

Turn off 5g

Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

Check with O2 whether you have any bars on your account. Do this via social media

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Samsung Galaxy S24 / Galaxy S24 Ultra - Reset Network Settings

If you can't connect to the internet, send or receive email and/or messages (text, picture or video), resetting the network settings may help.

From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.

Navigate: Settings Settings iconGeneral managementReset.

Do one of the following:

To clear cellular network settings and restore to default values:

Tap Reset mobile network settings.

Tap Reset settings.

If prompted, enter the PIN, password or pattern.

If prompted, tap Reset to confirm.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
