Good news! The wait time is almost over for Samsung Galaxy SIII users. From tomorrow, 19th October '12, you'll be be able to upgrade to the much awaited 4.1 Jelly Bean update over Wi-Fi or via Kies.
If you have activated the 'auto-update' feature from out of box, you will be prompted to download the 4.1 Jelly Bean update.

I had no problem with ios6 apart from the change in maps personally and its just a personal view so you shouldn't feel you have to justify android as i am at least open minded as to try different tech obviously some are not as open minded

The one thing I have noticed is how android users dislike apple and apple dislike android,just an observation no offence intended

As an ex Iphone user (owned an Iphone 4 for just over two years) I think I can safely say that Android software has advanced at a much faster rate than IOS, true IOS was more polished to begin with but Android has caught up and is now overtaking.
Apple have really got to make some advances with their next version of IOS if the want to truly compete in the future smartphone market.

I agree but you have to admit too that the ics is a bit jerky and it does crash sometimes but as all tech is interesting I like to try it all

Actually I've found ICS to be quite stable and Jelly bean with it's added goodness it's certainly worth waiting for!
