Stock ICS is very stable, but problems can occur with apps. Apple control what apps are available so users can download with the knowledge that they will work OK. Google don't do this (open source is THE point of andriod), so consequently some apps cause conflicts until user feedback is received and problems solved. Android is a community of developers, whereas Apple is Apple..... Neither is right or wrong.... just different.
Some of the best software wriiten has been PD, or started that way!

I may be wrong but I think this is a Samsung error (not o2). If you check "accounts and sync" you will notice that the Samsung account is failing to sync or backup. Maybe it's a coincidence but I don't think so
I think it's more likely to be O2, I'm on 3 and I got the Jelly Bean update for my S3 on Thursday night.

As a former iOS user I can say with some conviction that ICS blows it out of the water. It is a much sleeker operating system and I love that I can customise my phone to suit me.
With Apple it's a case this is what we're offering if you don't like it tough. I don't think I could ever go back to an iPhone now tbh and I never thought I'd say that as I used to be a major Apple geek.

Sleeker maybe but not as slick as I said before I have had a iPhone from the first to the 4gs now I an trying android samsung s3 and in using both have to admit the iPhones scrolling and touch is second to none at the moment,I am looking forward to jellybean hoping it is same or better, and unlike many of the apple/ android users I am totally open minded in trying new tech and being honest about it apple isn't perfect nor is android so chill out and push the companies for better.

We ALL know it's O2's fault - Just a shame they haven't got the spine to stand up and confess despite the HUGE number of people getting really peeved with being ignored...
