So I got my new phone this week.
Everything is going great with it, except, I can't text one friend on  my contact list.
I can text everyone else, but her. She can text me, but i can't reply, it just wont do it. I have no idea why.
Can anyone help me?

She's already checked with everything and said it was fine. Yeah I believe she has a htc, I don't think so. I could text her with my old phone, but when I tried with this, she's the only one my phone wont let me. 😕 It's really frustrating.

Perhaps you could try deleting her out of your contacts altogether and re-enter all the details from scratch? Ask her to do the same, worth a try. Reboot after deleting her before re-adding her.

Reminds me of Outlook Express years ago, I would have to delete and re-enter the same settings and it would work again.
