Hi, I made an order for a Samsung tab S9 ultra and it says payment pending on my bank account but I haven't received an email or anything to confirm my order. Can you help me?

If the order has not been approved, O2 won't have your money.

It is held by your bank as a pending transaction and will be returned to you in a few days if the order does not progress.

You need to ask your bank to return the funds and you can contact O2 sales to see if there is an issue with the order.
