Hi @Boogieclaire The S8 comes with a 2 year warranty. You would be far better getting in touch with Samsung directly. Contact details here http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

Hope you get it sorted soon

However you did manage to post here @Boogieclaire and I can assure you getting in touch with Samsung by.phone or email in the link I provided will get far better results than sending it to O2 repairs. It's your choice though I know what I would choose 🙄

@Boogieclaire You're going to have to pay your £40 per month whether you fix the phone or not, so you may as well contact Samsung as @Cleoriff has advised you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

In order to help you fully we need more info regarding the exact problem and anything you have done or checked so far.

Is your issue with using WiFi or mobile data?

have you checked the phone is set up correctly?

what is the expected network coverage in your area ?

etc........

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
