Hi All, not sure if this is an app issue or a Samsung issue. My new S7 which is less than 3 week old has an issue where the "recent apps" soft button in the bottom left hand of the screen has permanently disappeared. I've tried browsing online resolutions and have finally resorted to a hard reset but the button is still missing even though every other button and option works as they should.
Any other suggestions would be welcome before the phone goes back to O2.
Many thanks
Al
