Internet connection not working

Hello all

 

I bought a Motorola Moto G (3 - I think) recently but the internet has stopped working on it, even when I've checked the wifi. Can you please tell me how to get the internet back? My home internet is working fine.

Wifi not working too is a bit of a concern and may be more than a simple settings issue.
Try to fix the mobile data first then let us know.

I'd say re do the APN as per @Cleoriff link then reset your router

If the OP can't get a WiFi connection on their phone it has nothing to do with the mobile data connection. The two are not related.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I know I'm just offering up what can be done as the mobile data is affected too. Also with the wifi. You can forget the network on your phone then reconnect to your router with your pass key
