My daft little Samsung J3 doesn't ring when I'm browsing the internet so I see a missed call later, any help to fix this would be appreciated.

Try dialing ##002# in case it is diverting your calls but it should be able to handle calls and data at the same time.

Still stuck, the phone rings normally when I'm not using the internet or apps..strange one.

Does it do it when using mobile data, wifi or both?
