I have just got a new handset - Samsung Galaxy S8 - and I need to replace my existing SIM card with a Nano SIM Card. I can see all about what to do when I get a new SIM Card but how do I order it in the first place?

I have bought a new phone and it needs a nano-sim card, mine is a micro-sim card so too big for the phone. From the post it appears you need to visit a o2 shop but while we are on 'lockdown' is there anyway one can be done over the internet, sent through the post? I have been calling o2 for hours and noone answers. I understand not urgent under the present situation however, no-one needs to be isolated without a phone in the house which is what could happen if my old phone dies. Please advise

@NS

First check if you can push the middle out of your current sim, if not, you'll need to call Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
