I asked a code to unlock my o2 Phone, Galaxy Note 8 (N950F)
I inserted the other carrier sim card and type the code, the message was, code didn't' work.
What I can do in these cases? Go to an O2 store or take my mobile to Samsung? The contract ended this month.

Firstly, DO NOT keep entering the wrong code as it will permanently lock the phone.
Ensure you have requested the correct code Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card
If all fails, send a message to @Marjo or @Martin-O2 for help.

@Renato I have an update for you on this one. Our Guru team have requested the master unlock code for your phone from Samsung to make certain we get it right and don't permanently lock the handset.
It can take up to 10 days so I'll drop you a message as soon as it comes through.

It didn't work.
When I insert the new carrier sim, ask for a PUK code, I contacted O2 to ask about my PUK, O2 told me one, but don't work either.
Don't know what to try anymore.
