Foreign speaking voice

Every now and then a foreign speaking voice just starts talking out of the blue. I havd absolutely no idea what it is saying and no apps open. It only happens when sound is unmuted

Check the notification sounds for both chats and group messages.

Sometimes these can get corrupted, esp if you have previously used a different phone and restored your whatsapp settings to a new one.

Also check if "Lock Screen talkback accessibility" is on.

Could be "Hey Google" ?

Try saying "Hey Google" when in range of yout phone and see if you get the same voice?

I have tried that and it sounds like a female voice on google, but the foreign voice sound male
