I have just got a new handset - Samsung Galaxy S8 - and I need to replace my existing SIM card with a Nano SIM Card. I can see all about what to do when I get a new SIM Card but how do I order it in the first place?

Hi @PinkElephant just pop into your nearest O2 store & they will sort it for you or you could order one online

Some SIM cards these days allow you to push out the tiny centre nano sim part.
Check if your current sim is like this first.

@PinkElephantIf you go into your local O2 shop with phone (and ID possibly) they will give you the correct sim and switch everything over for you. (Some stores don't require ID...but better to be safe than sorry.)

It is by far the quickest way wink

Thanks. I tried to find how to place an order on-line but gave up. I will try an O2 store on Monday.

You would need to call customer service on 202 if on contract or 4445 for PAYG

When I ordered my S8+ last year, it arrived with a 3-in1 sim card. I just popped the nano sim card into the phone after ringing Customer Services to get the sim activated. And I was good to go.

Don't O2 provide a sim card with a new phone anymore?

Yes, they should do @Glory1 but we don't know for sure if this phone came from O2 or somewhere else.

@Glory1My Note 4 didn't have a 3-1 sim. Hence the need for a nano (or a sim cutter) wink

Edited to add, it originally came from my Note 3...
