Mobile ending in 158 has been stolen out my sons home. Please help

Lost or Stolen O2 Device

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402

If you have no phone to use download Skype to call the O2 0800 numbers for free: Guide: A Guide to Skype

Please cancel mobile ending 158 as mobile been stolen and I can't afford to pay for it as don't have insurance to replace it

You will also still need to pay for the phone, as you are under contract for it, and losing it or getting it stolen doesnt absolve you of paying for it. 

 

You can get a replacement sim using the details above, and have a look at CEX for a cheap phone.. or use Household insurance to claim for a new phone. 


It will cost you a lot less than paying off your contract.

I beg to differ...

You could afford to pay for it before it was stolen so why can't you afford to pay for it now.

You signed a contract, you chose not to take out insurance but now you have to take responsibility for contractual obligations.
