Broken Samsung z4 flip

I own a Samsung z4 flip phone and today my phone won't fully open, think it's a broken hinge, I don't have insurance and i got it in Nov last yearis there anything I can do as its faulty, Samsung know about this fault, can 02 do anything for me?

Unable to call other o2

I can not make or receive calls to or from other O2 users.Calling or recieving calls from friends on other networks work fine, it's only O2 network affected.Called O2 support and they have no idea.Any ideas ?
