I Have Oticon blue tooth hearing aids on trial and have linked them to the app on my A32 Samsung android phone. I can't get the phone to stream audio to the hearing aids. The technical guides say that the phone needs to be ASHA enabled  - and on checking this I'm told that it has to be network enabled. I can't find any refernce to ASHA on the O2 website. Can anyone help?

Oticon don't support the A32 so you need to speak to them about when / if they will support it..

Bluetooth has nothing to do with any network settings, it is solely a phone function.

Check in Bluetooth settings for the hearing aids that permissions are set for audio streaming.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
