Hi,
Anyone experienced problems with LG G4, where the phone won't start up, or gets to the LG Life is good screen and turns off? Tried to do a hard reset but, when I go to the option to erase all data, I press yes and the phone just freezes.
Its still in warranty, purchased on 7/6/2015, but any ideas welcome.
Cheers,
Prem

Hi @Toby
Thanks for the response, not good I'm afraid, 10 working days finished yesterday and I've had no response whatsoever from O2. I sent an email late last night to the admin team, but still waiting on a response. I have just called up Customer Services, and they have emailed the admin team to get an update. The lady i spoke to will call me back once she gets a response

@Toby Todays update:
Had another voicemail from same O2 Agent saying Admin Team has not responded to her email yet, so how long are they going to keep me waiting for answer? The chase up was sent yesterday morning, an update of some sort would be better than blanking me\her. Utter nonsense, cannot believe O2 are up there as one of the best customer service providers out there!
3 weeks have passed since I have now tried to get this unlatching code fiasco sorted, I will persevere on...
