Hi,
Anyone experienced problems with LG G4, where the phone won't start up, or gets to the LG Life is good screen and turns off? Tried to do a hard reset but, when I go to the option to erase all data, I press yes and the phone just freezes.
Its still in warranty, purchased on 7/6/2015, but any ideas welcome.
Cheers,
Prem

Unfortunately it's a dead motherboard and needs a new one - best to contact LG directly about this though http://www.lg.com/uk/support/contact/telephone

Thanks for the quick reply, is the O2 repair no good? On the LG site, it says my warranty is only 1 year, but with O2 they say I'm covered for 2.

Do a search on here for Anovo (O2's repairers) and you will see some horror stories. As far as I'm aware, only Apple have a 12 month warranty these days.

You are covered with o2 for the length of your minimum term I believe but I wouldn't use their repair service to be honest

It's a well known manufacturing problem so you are covered for 6 years under EU law.

Definitely use LG directly. ...You are within warranty so it's the best route to take...
