Hi, I'm new to all this so please accept my apologies if someone has already posted this question. I have the P version of the galaxy s2 which was bought at the O2 store in castleford. My question is when will I receive the 4.0.4 update as all my friends on other networks have it and my phone has never worked righ since I updated to the 4.0.3 version. Could someone please help me with this, as I have asked O2 customer service and the technical department and everyone I speak to don't know what I'm talking about! Which is very annoying. Thank you in advance

Yes, it is official. It was released ages ago. Kies should update your phone or at least offer you the update. I assume you are on O2 f/w? Type *#1234# into your dialler and report back please.

Unfortunately, you do not have the "P" version. O2 have not released 4.04 for your version yet ;(
