Huawei mate 20 pro WiFi calling

I'm trying to set up WiFi calling on my Huawei Mate 20 pro, can anyone tell me if it works on my device? I've sent the request to start it but can't see the setting anywhere.

Is your mate 20 using factory software or software by o2 with their network provisioning? This is a major part of it.

Also toggle airplane mode to restart your SIM. Or reboot the phone to ensure it has been enabled.
