My s6 asked me to update this morning which i did. Since then it has frozen so many times & either shuts down or restarts. I did talk to an advisor tonight & they said to try a few things & then to reset my phone which my partner did AGHHHHHH. I wasn't happy as i hadn't backed up my phone. Anyway my phone has been wiped but still shuts down. Has anyone else had this problem???????

You could try reinitialising in smart switch, it will wipe everything and download and install the os from fresh.

Try a restore and set up as a new device with minimal apps. Then add then one by one if the phone doesn't shut down. If it does send it off to Samsung under the warranty.
