Does anyone know when Galaxy s3 4.3 update  will be coming to O2 branded phones in england as it is out in ireland

Yes it's been a real pain. Still doesn't seem as slick as it was but at least everything works now as it should.

I'll give it a couple of days before deciding on a factory reset. I've managed to back up to Kies at last on a friend's PC and I can spend a day in a bar setting it up again.
