I have been a loyal o2 customer for years but i have waited so long for this i may consider an unlocked phone next time.

Samsung pulled the update due to issues and have not re-released it yet, so no chance you'll get anything from O2 until they do.

Believe me you do not want the version of the update that was pushed out. Have some patience and wait until Samsung's modified version is released.
