Yes, it's only a small 21Mb update, came OTA and just patches the original 4.3 firmware, so if you rolled back to 4.1.2 you will need to reload the whole 4.3 update. If still on the buggy 4.3 you should be getting the patch quite quickly. Check for downloads on the phone.

Edit: The latest revision is "MK6"

Hi, I finally got the update this morning and have been monitoring it for a few hours now, all seems to be stable no more lag and no delay with lockscreen, wifi seems to be stable aswell. It was a 21 MB file which I think updates the kernel version to Thu Nov 28 21:02:26 KST 2013 and Baseband version I9300XXUGMK6. Fingers crossed, anyone having issues with the new firmware?

Until 2 weeks ago it was Samsungs fault for delaying it. What is the excuse now? Many other networks have received theirs....is this another O2 "caring about its customers"?

Finally got the update, 24.15MB in my case. phone is much improved and no problems with sleep or music player continually stalling.

Battery life much better too.

Will continue to monitor it for a couple of days but seems ok.
