Fast charging

Hi. I've just got a new Samsung s7 edge and I'm using the charger and wire provided but it's taking nearly 2 hours to charge and using the wireless charger even longer. My fast charging is switched on. I've a feeling my wire isn't working properly but haven't got another genuine Samsung cable to test properly. Anyone any ideas?

Fast charging should work over wireless too.
Either something isn't set correctly in settings or it's a faulty phone.

@AnonymousWhether it's the wire or the charger or the phone, contact Samsung directly. It's a new phone and under warranty, so they should be the ones to solve any problems you're having. Go to Samsung directly, and not to O2.
