They are notoriously slow. I kept being redirected to their FAQ page when I asked for advice. That didn't help at all. I notice I had another update overnight. so maybe try again with the delete and reinstall @Ally6 ?

Minehead been updated at least twice since we posted about updates initially and there's another update waiting for when I connect to wifi. By unintelligible and reinstalling you should get the latest version.

Sorted !!

It appears that as I moved from the V company to O2 with a new phone Facebook took that as fraud and blocked the account,

Several messages that last of which was brilliant..."O'h"

All working fine across all my Android tablets and phones plus the PC

Pity it took them so long to realise that folks do move providers and buy new phones.

Cheers.

Good news and as we said it was an issue with your fb account.

@Ally6So pleased it's sorted and thanks for explaining why you had the problem. Personally I had never heard of this reason/cause before ...so I'm glad I stick with Android and currently O2...Smiley Very Happy

Glad you got it sorted out. Never had a problem with moving network personally. I have it installed on both O2 and EE phones....
