Hi Facebook works fine on my pc but won't connect at all on my new Samsung j5 2017. Downloaded the latest app still no joy. Any ideas?

Do you have a data connection?
Are other apps working?
Try deleting the app and reboot phone then reinstall it.

Data and Wi Fi all working fine on all of the other apps

Have Google account and Hotmail linked to share plus photos all working fine

Just the Facebook problem.
