I changed my phone from a Moto g to a Samsong J3 at an O2 Shop. My Moto g  details were shown in my O2 account.

Now there are no details showing for my new Samsong J3 phone.

When I click on 'Device Details'  I get "this information is not available. Please try later"

Can anyone advise how I can have my phone details displayed.

No one on the "CHAT" line can help after 3 tries.

There is currently a bug in the system, as my upgrade to the OnePlus 3T still isnt showing in the my device details section.

Try putting your sim in a different phone and then back to your new phone.
Sometimes it just gets stuck.

Edit for typo!
