paid my bill, money came out of my bank but got no confirmation from 02, they say i still havent paid and now have full bars on my phone so cant even call the payment management team to get it sorted, bank cant cancle the the transaction for me to try again, and times are tough and cant afford to simply try pay it again, any advice

Believe me there are no high level people on here; just customers.
We did have account advisors here until they were withdrawn by O2 last June

update... o2 confirmed to me that they literally did not see any evidence of even the attempt to pay the bill, didnt see any pending money to be received. they told me to contact my bank to outright cancel the pending transaction. but of course the bank cant do that for some reason. so i guess i just have to go F myself until 5 freaking days for me to try again

The bank can cancel the pending transaction, but it does depend on finding someone who can do it, as I have done this with Monzo and Starling, and you just need proof that o2 are not claiming the money...
You could always ask the bank for a transaction trace..

well my person couldnt do it. i did tell them countless times that o2 gave permission to cancel it, but said they couldnt. so looks like im getting a late fee
