This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
Thanks

@meaty2448

You can make a call in Skype, this is the help pages  https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10613/how-do-i-make-a-call-in-skype

Or you beg borrow or steal a phone and call them from there...

Is the payment showing as pending with your bank or settled, also bear in mind it can take 24-48 hrs for it to show up in your o2 account.. Ask your bank to do a chargeback if the payment is showing as settled.

Obviously it's not been accepted by O2 so will drop back into your bank in line with their policy.

You now have to call to pay again, but you know best regarding DD's......

Nope you have to wait, as that means the transaction hasnt completed, and YOUR bank have the funds and not o2, and depending on your bank it can take between 24hrs and 14 days to drop back into your account..

Nothing o2 can do about it, your bank can though they just choose not to..

That will be correct, as you haven't paid technically as the bank and o2 haven't finalised the payment between them, and as I said the only one who has your money is your bank!!
