O2 open technical difficulties

Hi, Im trying to add my NHS discount on O2 Open however when I get to the discount section it has an error message saying there are technical difficulties. I have been trying now for 3 days in a row and I keep getting the same message:

‘We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please Try again Later’
