I tried to buy a phone from o2 recently without any luck as the payment would not go through, I was then advised to contact my bank, when I contacted my bank they informed me a transaction from Intelling LTD was atempted today, my atempts were made yesterday and was from a completely different company.
now my bank card is frozen because Im worried that someone from o2 has stolen my details. does anyone know if Intelling ltd is associated with o2 and if so why did they try to take a payment without my knowing?
