Hi. For the last few weeks the network coverage in my area is utterly rubbish. Unable to make/receive calls, emails or stream music etc. How do I complain for refund on my bill for not getting what I pay for?!.

Any refunds are at O2's discretion and would not be paid until service is restored.
However, they would point you to the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed and which states they cannot always guarantee a usable signal.
