What iPhone did you order? 

have you tried going into o2 store? 

they bought new warehouse and are having issues at moment!

My UPS app now shows a “Pending delivery date” section… it’s blank, but that wasn’t there before… so hoping it’s updated with a date tomorrow.

I read most deliveries are sent out to homes/stores on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Agreed but my local store had a DHL delivery on Monday so depends where you are in the U.K

Anyone know when the Jiffy bag comes out to return your old phone when doing switch up? Got my phone click and collect last Friday but not heard anything about returning the old phone

My order number brings up UPS, so I guess they are delivering to the store I’m collecting from

Can we change our mind if select switch up? I imagine we just dont bother sending phone in… I can get more for mine elsewhere

Not sure. They might just bill you for what you owed on the device plan if you don’t return the handset. I just haven’t heard anything about returning it since I collected my new one. They wouldn’t even take it in the shop

They will bill you for the old handset, and bear in mind you have agree a contract to send it back to o2, as part of the switchup process. 

o2 will send you a packet in the post, if after 10 days you haven't got it, ring o2 as Royal Mail may have lost it...
