and finally mine has arrived today. For reference I ordered on the 13th and was about 17:20 by the time I finally managed to get my order through.

@jmilner I have just gone through the switch up process with two phones, sent them off to them on the 24th, received by them on the 25th and the device plans have been settled yesterday/today. I suggest you use your own packaging, original box if you still have it and wrap it in bubble wrap. DO NOT USE the packaging they send you, if you do ensure you wrap it even more in bubble wrap

Yeah I’ve put it in original box and my own packaging going to send in tomo aft, is that standard time for them to receive it, next day? And can I track it once I’ve sent it? Thanks

@jmilnerit’s the tracked 24 service so typically delivered next working day, although they will say  that’s only an aim and not a guarantee. Yes it’s trackable

Happy people are getting their phones now. I am still on processing with 20th delivery date and the option to cancel. I really don’t know what to do, I keep ringing but getting no where!

Sounds like what other people were describing as a stuck order, not sure what to suggest though if like you say you’ve tried calling, definitely don’t even bother with the live chat though as they just make stuff up as they go along. If you mention to them on the phone that you have heard about “stuck” orders then that may help? Only guessing but hope you figure it out.

yeah, I have mentioned that. They have raised a ticket which they said 48 hours for an answer and that was Friday 🙄 today they said someone raised the wrong type of ticket. Honestly can’t make it up
