My UPS app now shows a “Pending delivery date” section… it’s blank, but that wasn’t there before… so hoping it’s updated with a date tomorrow.
I read most deliveries are sent out to homes/stores on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Anyone know when the Jiffy bag comes out to return your old phone when doing switch up? Got my phone click and collect last Friday but not heard anything about returning the old phone

Not sure. They might just bill you for what you owed on the device plan if you don’t return the handset. I just haven’t heard anything about returning it since I collected my new one. They wouldn’t even take it in the shop

They will bill you for the old handset, and bear in mind you have agree a contract to send it back to o2, as part of the switchup process.
o2 will send you a packet in the post, if after 10 days you haven't got it, ring o2 as Royal Mail may have lost it...
