I would incorrectly assume that these two colours are under two different deals. Now i see the option for more bands. Thank you. Hopefully i will be able to connect the new watch again to my phone after canceling the airtime once. I keep getting 08 ref code message for over a month now, i guess i should start new thread, nobody's going to help in this one?

I’m wondering why Apple Watch S10 in Natural Titanium is only available in 42mm and not 46mm but Slate is available in 46mm…

@Boyan slate isn’t available in 42mm either by the looks of it

Apple will be doing there old trick of keeping certain colour choices in there own stores only at launch..

o2 store seems to be baulked and not working properly at this point

 

 

o2 couldn't organise a **bleep** up in a brewery at times

The switch up process for pre ordered phones is different, I have just done a switch up pre order in a store. They do look at the phone and submit the condition, however once you collect your new phone you then have to post it off

Every single year the O2 site dies on iPhone preorder day.  Meanwhile other network sites seem to be behaving just fine, it's quite frustrating.

 

I wonder what the demand is actually like for the 16 given that it's probably one of the smallest upgrades in any iPhone generation.  I thought demand for the 15 would be quite high but still had no problem getting one on release day despite the site being ruined for me well into late evening.

You'd think they would sort this out and increase capacity for this time of year! 

 

I was all ready to check out and got the 'We're working on it' message.

 

 

Called up and the contact centres are having the same issue. The advisor told me not to try again or I could end up hitting the 2FA code limit (which you again, would assume they would amend for the day) or as I hit pay it could fail and I'll end up with a reserved charge on my card.
