Was just checking my receipt for my in store pre order ahead of Fridays release and hoping someone here can confirm my pre order is correct, it should be an iPhone 15 Pro Max it's listed as:
APPLE IPHONE 15MAX 256GB NAT
The NAT tells me it should be correct but would just like to double check?

Hi Guys to answer some questions. I went through o2 switch up on Friday which completed yesterday as there was system issues. I went in store and did it. Basically it processes like a usual upgrade with delivery in store or home. You get a bag to return your old phone if home delivery and that’s it.

Nice! Just noticed my text says 26th, not 22nd - don't think I'm getting mine this week then 🙄
I suppose it does give me time to see if old switch-uppers do actually get to stay on the old anytime terms though...

Hi all,
I preordered with o2 to do a switch up on 22.09.
The receipt states delivery 22-09 and noticed that some of you have received text messages confirming delivery. I have not had this yet.
Is there any way to check store delivery tracking?

The store will contact you direct when it us ready to be collected, there is no way to track it before then.

I shouldn’t worry, if your receipt says 22nd then it’s likely to be the case. Sometimes the devices don’t arrive until the day, so you’ll get a text/call from the store once the phone is actually with them. It could be any time up until they close, so I wouldn’t recommend travelling before hearing from them!
