Anyone had a Dispatch notification yet? Living in Shetland means there is almost no chance of me getting it! Even though I was sat on the phone to o2 sales at 1pm and ordered it as soon as it went live

Not yet. I've never had an iPhone ship before the Thursday with any previous launch either. Would've been nice if a special allowance had been made for you since courier deliveries are usually, what, 2 days?
Question for those who have used Switch Up before. My wife has done Switch Up to get the 15 Pro Max. What is needed when handing the phone back? Do they want the box and charge cable too (I've got these somewhere) or just the phone?

Just the phone. I used to give them back all boxed up until one guy said they only need the phone and that I may as well keep the cable and bin the box

Same here, only given back the phone and the case (as I have no use for it), and that is all they need.

Successfully pre-ordered my 15 Pro using Switch Up at my local store last Friday.
How does the phone handover work, do I just hand it to the delivery driver as he delivers the 15 Pro, the guy in the shop said I have to send it off to o2 recycle and will receive a pack through the post but I'm a little doubtful of that having read a few of the previous posts.
Assuming I had it back to the delivery driver I assume I have to take the SIM out and put it in a jiffy bag or something for him/her to take away?

@DisturbedSwanif you pre ordered in store then the device will be delivered to the store. You will need to complete the switch up in store (as they need to 'grade' and retain your existing device there and then).

I got told there will be packaging in the box to put my old phone in and the courier will pick it up. They already had to answer the grade in questions when they processed my switch up on Friday
