...and now I feel stupid, the old sim does fit. It slots in slightly differently or I got one of the trays upside down or something :tongue:

AT least it's working now but they said I'll need a new sim for 5G but there's no rush for that as we don't get 5G coverage anywhere near where I live.

...and now, of course, they've disabled the old sim, grrr. So I've no phone until the new sim gets here next week. Great.

Just gonna put this out there if anyone still wondering about time scales. This my experience an how long I’ve had to wait. Ordered 16th sept. 512gb purple pro Max. Had email today saying dhl delivering tomorrow. So based on that right now it apprx a 5 week turn around from time of order. Hope this may help anyone wondering.

Just thought I'd share how it's been for me. Pretty much between 4 and 5 weeks. For me the worse part is the lack of any communication from O2. To the point I had in mind to ring them in the morning

I had 2 texts - one confirming my pre-order, and then one two days later stating that they're sorry I haven't received my item yet, and they're "expecting more very soon." Haven't heard a thing since!

I had the same. But for a communication company to not communicate isnt right. There a lot of time between 2 days an 4 an half weeks. Hope you get lucky soon bro an it your turn. But it seems it happening an it just a waiting game

I’ve ordered a 14 pro max 1tb purple on 19/09/22 but no updates yet.
Anyone else in the same boat? Has anyone had a 1tb purple delivered yet?
