Thanks for joining the O2 Community! (Or if you haven't yet but would like to, you can register here!). I'm very happy to welcome you here. The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.

My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016!

This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like:

Pay monthly, Pay as you Go or Business Customer?

@Mi-Amigo runs quizzes 2/3 times a week. We also have threads on Football, TV shows, a Naughty Step, Formula 1 and loads of other fun stuff...As well as a Virtual lounge where you can pop in for a chat, a virtual drink and talk about anything (except mobile phones) Lol x.

Check the top of the page and you will see the various sections ie Welcome and News, Products and Services and Devices, (If it's technical, then please avoid Off Topic)

Click on the section you want ie Devices and you will see Apple, Android, Other Devices. So if you have an Android phone click on that. A new page will open and in Blue you will see Start a conversation. Click on that and a empty box will appear. Give your topic a heading in the heading box. DO NOT incude personal info such as phone numbers or Order numbers as this is a forum open to anyone and you don't want to be scammed.

Once you have written your question, including all relevant info, press POST REPLY and someone will give you an answer. (Or maybe 3 people will answer)

If you need to add or edit your question you will see a circle with a downward pointing arrow (Top right hand side of your post) If you click on that, you will be able to edit. The edit time runs out after 90 minutes.

If someone gives you an answer which helps answer your query, you can mark that as the solution. (Using the same circle box with an arrow.
