Hi, I am not being told if I am getting my broadband upgrade for being
with Virgin and o2 , I have been given double data and thought I got the
broadband upgrade
Not certain I understand , I was transferred about two weeks ago to o2
and have had my mobile volts about a week , was told I should get my
Virgin broadband upgrade today by call centre person
