Morning everyone.
We understand many of our customers are having issues loading the Priority app or Website to secure Peter Kay tickets today. Please see our latest statement on this below.
We’re seeing unprecedented demand for Peter Kay tickets, we know a lot of you can’t access our Priority app and website. Apologies, we’re working on it.
Please be patient, this is by far the highest demand we’ve ever seen for Priority Tickets in 15 years. The presale lasts for 48 hours, so keep checking back.
11:45am Update:
We are seeing lots of Priority Tickets being sold for Peter Kay to O2 and Virgin Media customers right across the UK. Apologies if you’ve not been successful yet but do keep trying. Our presale lasts for up to 48 hours.
6pm Update:
We’ve sold out our Priority Tickets for Peter Kay. We’ve seen extraordinary demand, our most popular presale ever. We’re sorry not all our customers were successful. General sale tickets for The O2 + UK arenas are released Saturday 10am. We wish everyone the best of luck!
We'll update this thread as/when there's any further updates.

48 hours is not much consolation for customers who can't even get in the queue while tickets are being sold because your servers cannot cope with the demand.

Your company is a joke. First your app throws me out then your freeze my account so I can’t get tickets, but tickets are popping up resale sites.
Thanks O2 for your great customer service

As we are all customers here it's not our company which is a joke.
We have no control over these things

Nothing o2 can do about tickets appearing on resale sites, take that up with the ticket agents and promoters.
Also o2 can only plan for so much load on their service, and this exceeded that.... This happens with all ticket sales for popular events... and the same happens with ComiCon, Glastonbury, and its always pot luck... their isnt an infinite amount of tickets and there will always be scalpers...
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
