Morning everyone.
We understand many of our customers are having issues loading the Priority app or Website to secure Peter Kay tickets today. Please see our latest statement on this below.
We’re seeing unprecedented demand for Peter Kay tickets, we know a lot of you can’t access our Priority app and website. Apologies, we’re working on it.
Please be patient, this is by far the highest demand we’ve ever seen for Priority Tickets in 15 years. The presale lasts for 48 hours, so keep checking back.
11:45am Update:
We are seeing lots of Priority Tickets being sold for Peter Kay to O2 and Virgin Media customers right across the UK. Apologies if you’ve not been successful yet but do keep trying. Our presale lasts for up to 48 hours.
6pm Update:
We’ve sold out our Priority Tickets for Peter Kay. We’ve seen extraordinary demand, our most popular presale ever. We’re sorry not all our customers were successful. General sale tickets for The O2 + UK arenas are released Saturday 10am. We wish everyone the best of luck!
We'll update this thread as/when there's any further updates.

It wasnt just an o2 issue, it was a Ticketmaster and SJM issue, hence the statement from SJM last night... And o2 dont control the allocation of tickets....
Try tomorrow at 10am via peterkay.co.uk to buy them...

What an appalling and dreadful service from O2 priority. I wasted hours yesterday and through the evening just trying to get on the website. How many tickets did O2 actually allocate 12?
Everyone knew that this would be a huge event and the interest was predicted. Owned by Telefonica and a huge international company, brought down by Peter Kay a carpet carrying kid from Bolton, pathetic!

I agree, you are so right, I cannot believe these O2 account holders actually be able to buy the tickets that they were invited to buy as priority customers.
You should work for customer service, very helpful comments. I'm sure everyone feels better now.

Quite a lot did manage to buy them, no one was guaranteed a ticket, and SJM decided on X amount and they sold out...
At the end of the day, tough... As SJM said they have lots available tomorrow morning... good luck...
Nah, ill leave customer services to those with more patience than me, as I would be fired for putting the phone down on most callers.
