Morning everyone.
We understand many of our customers are having issues loading the Priority app or Website to secure Peter Kay tickets today. Please see our latest statement on this below.
We’re seeing unprecedented demand for Peter Kay tickets, we know a lot of you can’t access our Priority app and website. Apologies, we’re working on it.
Please be patient, this is by far the highest demand we’ve ever seen for Priority Tickets in 15 years. The presale lasts for 48 hours, so keep checking back.
11:45am Update:
We are seeing lots of Priority Tickets being sold for Peter Kay to O2 and Virgin Media customers right across the UK. Apologies if you’ve not been successful yet but do keep trying. Our presale lasts for up to 48 hours.
6pm Update:
We’ve sold out our Priority Tickets for Peter Kay. We’ve seen extraordinary demand, our most popular presale ever. We’re sorry not all our customers were successful. General sale tickets for The O2 + UK arenas are released Saturday 10am. We wish everyone the best of luck!
We'll update this thread as/when there's any further updates.

Aff this is so bad, first the Nero offer gone, then I cannot even get the poor ugly Greg codes because people want to go to see a show.
Support is none.
O2 is getting worse day by day, I’m looking forward to the end of my contract

Priority doesn't form part of your contract.
The Nero offer was run by Cafe Nero, and they decided how many free drinks to offer, and in the end they where losing money on there disgusting coffee... (sorry worst coffee chain out there, in my view).
People clambering to get £35 tickets to see Peter Kay, i think caught o2, and the ticketing providers off guard, in my view a separate site for this, or done it through Peter Kays website or TicketMaster
Good luck finding a network that doesnt have issues with there offers apps....

It's now 17.55 and there are still issues. No updates since 11.45am. Terrible service.

This has been posted by SJM Concerts aka the promoter on Social Media, so think some of the problems are caused by the Ticketing Services...

How can they be sold out if the app has been down for the last 24 hours 🤷🏻

A statement put out by O2 yesterday.

Not the usual standard of service I'd expect from O2. I tried to log on intermittently throughout the whole of yesterday and to now find out all the tickets are sold out is very disappointing. I still can't log onto the app so lord knows how people managed to buy tickets. Perhaps it worked for Virgin Media customers ?

To advise O2 customers the Priority Tickets for Peter Kay is NOW SOLD OUT is rubbish.
The system was down all day yesterday and yet - unbelievably - all the tickets are sold.
Unacceptable.
O2 - you have totally let your customers down here.
