is there any updates on network disruption....i have had no internet, text or incoming calls since 1.30 this afternoon and outgoing calls are hit and miss....spoke to customer service twice this afternoon with no joy and then rang them on a third occasion only to have an automated service inform me they were too busy woth other customers and then cut me off giving me no option to stay on hold! Very bad customer service as usual.... Didnt this happen last year, and last 48 hours???

i have been off since 13;30 yesterday it is now 02;52 i have tryed phoning and emailing o2 but as always they never answer and there area checker says the bournemouth area is working great no proplems in bh76hy,im a search and rescue diver so i need my phone looks like i will have to buy a spare but on a nother net work and its not the first time is it o2 when they have a proplem they bury there heads

I have no incoming call.. still.. it's been more than 24hrs now!!!! ridiculous!!! it's 5AM, and still nothing, even though my postcode's area works fine according to o2.. amateurs!!!
