Hey everyone! How is your Thursday going?
If you noticed a few changes to the Community today, don't worry, it's not your imagination. We're really pleased to officially announce an updated version of our O2 Community Home page!
Many of you have provided valuable feedback about the home page over the past few months and we wanted to say a big thank you!
We have made sure to include as much of it as possible in this version and continue working towards future improvements. Here a short list of changes!
Please note also that the Ideas section has now been archived which was also something that was asked about. Thank you very much everyone who posted an idea or voted for one, it's much appreciated!
Please do continue posting and discussing your ideas and feedback in the Feedback board. We do love to hear all you have to say and we make sure all your feedback is shared with O2.
Let us know what you think of these changes, and as always, keep your feedback coming.

Never had a problem before and can access my O2 on mobile using Chrome. I will attempt it later on PC using Chrome
That's the same problem I have with Chrome (which according to O2 is my problem, not theirs).
Try logging in via this link, which works for me (and again, the problem only started for me after the last "trial" before the improved site went live).

tbh, I'm tired of reporting it now as no one is interested.

I had logged out and closed down all tabs when I saw your email @MI5. On PC and using Firefox, I clicked on your link and voila, it took me straight to My O2. I signed in via that route and then could access the forum.
So by a process of elimination
1) Using your link I can access My O2 and then get onto the forum
2) I can't access My O2 if I sign into the forum first.
This is on PC using Win10 and Firefox
Edited to add: Once I was on the forum, if I clicked onto My O2..it brought up the same error message!!
If I use Chrome on the same PC I can sign into the forum first and clicking onto My O2 allows me access without any problem whatsoever. ...

It's exactly the same issue as I reported over a month ago.
I'm confident it is to do with the forum changes, but I don't know what I'm talking about
Added to the list. I remember @MI5 reported it when we changed the global navigation. Let's see if the developers now fix it now.

I wish I was a developer to answer you @MI5
So let's see what they can find now that they are working on it

Surely they can't point the finger at one individual when I have reported the same issue on post 145 and explained clearly what happens in post 152. Different browser ie Firefox....and no issues with Chrome.
