Hi all,

 

Another month, another round of rewards!

 

Let me start off by acknowledging that no, the rewards from last month have not been applied yet. We've not forgotten and anyone who messaged me with their number will see them applied in the near future. There are still some ongoing team and system changes going on in the background causing a bit of delay.

 

With that out of the way...well done to everyone who's mentioned below!


Every month we reward members who have been extra helpful in the O2 community, those who took their time to participate on the community and that helped keeping it a fun place to be. 

 

And as we appreciate your contributions to the community, we would like to credit your next bill or PAYG balance.


Below there’s a list with all rewarded members. If you're on the list, please click my name above and send me a private message with the mobile number you'd like credited, and I'll let you know your reward.

Seems to take time per customer. For a month before you are transferred your account it locked and no changes can be made; even small things.

First customers get to know of it is when trying to change there is a Soft Financial Lock on their account.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Just to let you know my reward hasn't been credited for March. I waited until I was billed (today) and nothing appeared. *Sighs* 🤔

Nothing on recent charges for me either.

I was caught up on my March bill for the Dec-Feb rewards, but March and April are outstanding.

Same here. I don't think they can cope with all the Virgin Accounts being transferred.

Problem is, the fact that all posters get rewards, the task just gets bigger the longer it is left

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hi all,

 

I know the delays are frustrating but these will be going out soon--hopefully later this week. This is due to some projects and staffing changes in the team that gets these applied. This also includes those who haven't gotten their previous round of rewards. I promise, I see you.

 

As you'll see from the original post, the list is the same length as usual so it's not a backlog caused by the volume of posters who are being awarded.

As reported on the Bren thread, I can confirm, @Breanna: my prior 2 months' O2 Community Rewards are now showing in Recent Charges on My MyO2, thank you for pushing it through - they should credit on 01-May-2023 (or 02-May, as 01-May is a bank holiday I guess).
